BLUE MANILA INC. manages a number of training schemes for our customers at all levels from cadetships to higher certificates and other specialized qualifications. We believe strongly that training to provide a supply of qualified seafarers in the future represents one of the most important challenges for the ship management industry and in particular for crew managers.           We work very closely with our crew management customers not only in upgrading the quality of seafarers, but also in our commitment to cadet training schemes. Cadet represents the seed corn for the future and without adequate number of cadet officers coming through, the industry faces very difficult times in the years to come. It is for this reason, we stress the importance of increasing the skills profile of the industry.
